The ASM Global-managed KFC Yum! Center is excited to announce a groundbreaking initiative in venue maintenance as it undertakes its first-ever comprehensive exterior cleaning project this week, utilizing cutting-edge drone power washing technology.

In a strategic partnership with Aeras, a leader in drone-powered cleaning solutions, the KFC Yum! Center is set to leverage state-of-the-art drone technology to achieve an unparalleled level of cleanliness for the facility's exterior. While the venue has consistently utilized more traditional methods to maintain its exterior windows through regular cleanings, this comprehensive project will address the entire facade for the very first time since the venue opened in October 2010.

Drone power washing technology represents a significant advancement in exterior cleaning. By employing drones equipped with specialized cleaning equipment, the KFC Yum! Center will benefit from a highly efficient and precise cleaning process, minimizing disruption and maximizing effectiveness. The use of drone technology for exterior cleaning is expected to significantly reduce the time and labor typically associated with such projects, while providing superior results. The drones' ability to reach high and hard-to-access areas ensures a thorough and consistent clean across the entire venue.

“We are thrilled to introduce this innovative cleaning technology to the KFC Yum! Center,” said ASM Global General Manager Eric Granger. “This project not only highlights our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness but also demonstrates our dedication to adopting cutting-edge solutions to enhance the venue’s appearance and functionality.”

Media are invited to the KFC Yum! Center for exclusive coverage of the impressive drone technology in action.
