The KFC Yum! Center has a convenient multi-level garage located under the facility operated by PARC. There are also many other parking options in the surrounding area including surface lots and street parking all within walking distance to the arena.

There is a Cardinal Authentic Team Store located in the lobby of the KFC Yum! Center that carries official Louisville Athletics gear. The store is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m, and during all Louisville Athletics events held at the KFC Yum! Center.
