On Wednesday, March 11, NCAA president Mark Emmert made the decision to play all "championship events, including the Division I men's and women's basketball tournaments, with only essential staff and limited family attendance," in response to the safety and well-being of student-athletes during the uncertainty of COVID-19.
As a result, fans who have purchased first and second-round tickets through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded. Fans who bought at the KFC Yum! Center box office will need to return to the KFC Yum! Center with their tickets and credit card used to purchase. If you paid cash, a cash refund will be issued.
